A first for us ……nary a visit till today…..just a single male feeding on nyjer spillage with goldfinch….as soon as I opened the door with camera… gone…..let’s hope he returns for a pic.

Well, it won’t climb the hill , so enjoy it down there!
I spend a lot of time watching the garden birds for hope of seeing a Brambling and Siskin so not bother which route it takes so long as it ends up showing itself when I’m watching.
No sign of brambling today…..my Siskin have deserted me at the mo….l am awaiting the arrival of Redpoll, they usually arrive at the same time as the starling influx…..they will make that climb Kev, they usually do.
