Common sandpipers Llandod lake.

Pleasing to see 4 common sandpipers perched on the sideways leaning alder branches above where the Grt Crested grebes had a 3rd attempt to nest and breed ( what is happening with them such a pity) this at approx 11am this morn.

    Cheers kev…..I’m pretty certain they are being predated…. by what is the concern …l haven’t seen any evidence day time but I wonder if Tarka is paying a night time visit.
