Elan Valley Grasshopper Warbler.

Three years since the last record of an Elan Valley Grasshopper Warbler, but one appeared today while on the Birdwatching Safari.

The bird was still churring at 8-45 pm this evening at Craig Goch.

    Ditto, l have yet to hear let alone see one up the valley ….great news.

    Went up on Tuesday sighted the gropper briefly and was reeling ….by the weak bridge. Res side in the wood pile….on the way back…..elan-llanwrthal back road sighted 2 pairs of cuckoos……and one pair in a car!!!!!!!.
