Cefnllys etc.

Feeling our way through the perpetual gloaming, we saw 2 Marsh Tits and a Long tailed Tit at the lake and heard a Song Thrush responding to the mild stillness with notes echoing down from the woods. The surface of the lake was like a mirror , but sadly only reflecting the brown murk. Goosanders as per , but no sign of the 2 Wigeon spotted by Bazz yesterday. Cefnllys had a Song Thrush doing its traditional snail bash, a bright Bullfinch and a resplendent Starling , iridescent even in the gloom .

  1. Your images bring us the true beauty of these 3 which might otherwise go unnoticed…. mainly referring to the Starling !

  2. Cheers Heather.
