Elan Valley.

10,000 + Redwing/Fieldfare included 20% Redwing. 500 + Starling, 50 + Blackbird and 30 + Chaffinch included 2 Brambling on the beeches at the Sawmill. 16 Mallards on Dolymynach reservoir. 15 Mallards on Craig Goch reservoir.

Other birds: Reports of a large flock of Crossbill in Gwaelod-yrhos. 3 Mistle Thrush, single Goshawk and a  Barn Owl.
