Two Egrets.

Llanbwchlln LNR: The G W Egret seen mid day. Other birds: As below,  plus a Kingfisher flew across the lake, 7 Redwings flew over, and a male Mandarin was on a woodland stream.

Driving away from the area, and parallel to the River Wye, T M spotted a Little Egret feeding down by the river, this was possibly the same bird I saw in the same area, a few months back, about a mile down stream from the craft centre.


Elan Valley later, lacking of birds, very disappointing after our morning out at Llanbwchlln.

A pair of Stonechats, 2 Song Thrush, a single Redwing down Claerwen, and a Mistle Thrush.
