Garden activity Grey Wagtails and Spotted Flycatcher

Despite the rather dismal recent weather the breeding Grey Wags and Spotties have been very busy. The grey wagtails have been in and out of their nest bringing in food , some collected off the lawn right in front of the window here; but they are hard birds to catch , always so active so these are best at moment:

Spotties have been super active from their perches on the garden canes but today ventured further to use the garden bench, less than 10 yd away from my literal armchair viewing 🙂
