Winter Thrushes 50+ Fieldfare, 10 Redwing, The most we have had this winter, in the meadow opposite Troedrhiwdraen farm. A Great Crested Grebe was on Garreg Ddu. 3 Goldeneye, a pair of Goosander and a Cormorant at D y n, and a female Goshawk (not the one in the picture) was soaring above woodland, the back of Nantgwyllt church.

    Kev, not a bad day up Elan today, weather wise, visibility was good up to about 3-00 ish, then the rain. 10 Redwings is the most i`ve seen this winter. Went on a short Shrike hunt early morning, no signs.
