Elan Valley

One of those rare days when the sun shines , all is still without a ripple and blue sky is reflecting in the lakes with the burnished coppery foliage. Pity the 3 Goldeneye (now 2 males) insisted on staying 200 yards away! A Kestrel up Claerwen  , a Buzz by Hirnant and a lone Heron in the mud of craig Goch._DSC2905_filtered

_DSC2934_filtered  Looked for winter thrushes all over inc. Dolafallen etc. Nary a one!
